If the BSA has a form or training requirement is to for the safety of the scouts and the leaders to ask about the form or training so that you can easily fill them out or take the training. The Guide to Safe Scouting has a lot of answers that will be helpful to you.
Accurate Tour Activity plans and Youth Protection Training are very important to be covered by BSA insurance and be eligible to be a BSA Leader.

Annual Health and Medical Record form (New for 2020) It is a fillable, and savable, pdf form. For activities lasting over 72 hours a medical evaluation by a licensed health-care provider is now mandatory. In the medical evaluation section (B) there is a height/weight chart that MUST be strictly followed if the event will take the unit to where emergency evacuation is more than 30 minutes away by ground transportation. This form is for both youth adult.
